Fire drill summary report of our company

Our factory carried out a fire drill, which included four parts: fire knowledge training, daytime evacuation drill in plant and living areas, demonstration and practical operation of fire equipment, and simulation of initial fire emergency response.

In the drill, the daytime evacuation assembly time is scheduled to be 6 minutes, and of dormitory is 5 minutes. Under the active organization of the members of the emergency evacuation group and the effective coordination and guidance of the warning group, all the staff arrived at the expected assembly place safely and orderly within the scheduled time, effectively achieving the expected effects and objectives of the exercise.

Through the written explanation of the basic knowledge of fire control training, and then to the on-site equipment demonstration and practical operation, most of the staff showed a high interest in participating the practise. Through the assessment, all the staff basically understood the basic knowledge of fire safety, the correct use of fire equipment, alarm and rescue methods, and enhanced the awareness of fire prevention.

During the simulation of fire emergency response, the rescue groups, under the leadership and effective command of the chief fire commander and in accordance with the planning scheme of the factory’s Fire Drill Plan, cooperated with each other, actively coordinated, and demonstrated the whole process from alarm receiving, evacuation, emergency response to rescue in a compact and coherent manner, further enhancing the practical ability of rescuing people. The purposes of the exercise was achieved.

On the whole, this exercise is successful and also, we should see some weak links. Some staff did not know enough about the exercise, their fie awareness was weak, and their movement was slow. In the next training, we will add real tragic cases and further enhance their awareness of emergency response.
