23,200 DWT bulk carrier "Xinkuaxiang" launched successfully

On the morning of May 8, 2023, the 23,200DWT bulk carrier "Xinkuaxiang" with SCR device, built by Anrun Group Zhongrun Heavy Industry Co., Ltd launched successfully.

The total length of the ship is 156.6m, the vertical length is 149.98m, the molded width is 23.8m, the molded depth is 12.8m, the design draft is 9.2m, the reference cargo capacity is 22,500 tons, the design cabin capacity is 30,100m3, the total tonnage is 14,050, and the design speed (85% MCR) is 12.3 knots. The vessel is a double-bottom and double-hull structure with four cargo holds, a 2+2 hydraulic hatchcover design and five layers of enclosed building, and the navigating zone is domestic offshore. The bow of the svessel is a new type of bulbous bow. The design focuses on optimizing the profile and structure, strengthening the heavy cargo and fitting steel coil.

The main engines of the ship are 8G32A (3906KW 600RPM) series diesel engines produced by Guangzhou Diesel Engine Factory Co., LTD., with PTO shaft generators and GWC70.82 series gear boxes. In order to meet the latest emission requirements of regulations, SCR selective catalytic reduction system equipment is supplied with the main engine of the ship. The Marine power station is composed of 250KW*2, berth 150KW*1, emergency 90KW and 250KW PTO shaft generators equipped with motors produced by SCGF and kungfu.
